4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from SundarCusp. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mice, Keyboards, or Headphones, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
